Billy Hunt is President and Chief Executive Officer at aMind Solutions and has overall responsibility for aMind’s strategic direction. He can be accredited for helping to build aMind into the leading provider of enabling technologies and services for Oracle Siebel CRM and has played an integral role in the company’s explosive growth. With more than twenty years experience in the high technology industry, Billy has been involved in numerous successful early-stage software companies and has held a wide variety of roles in sales, product marketing, and executive management.
Prior to co-founding the company in 2005, Billy built the top-selling Western U.S., APAC, and Australia regions at Siebel Systems and managed the company’s Order Management Technical Sales team. Before Siebel, Billy managed Western U.S. Sales for OnLink Technologies, which Siebel acquired in 2000. Earlier in his career, Billy held top sales and product marketing positions at Documentum (acquired by EMC Corporation), Lotus Development Corporation (acquired by IBM), Approach Software (acquired by Lotus Development), and Roykore, Inc.
Billy holds a B.A. degree in international business from Loyola Marymount University.
Sharad Mitra has served as aMind Solution’s Chief Operating Officer since co-founding the company in 2005. In addition to owning responsibility for managing and scaling aMind Solutions global business operations, Sharad ensures customer implementations are delivered on time and to the clients’ satisfaction. He is also responsible for successfully ensuring that aMind’s expert team of consultants and technologists around the globe are trained on the latest developments and follow best practices in their implementations. Under Sharad’s expert leadership, aMind continues to achieve and maintain a 100% customer satisfaction goal year after year.
Prior to aMind Solutions, Sharad served as Director, CRM Products at Siebel Systems for five years where he led the product management team and supported many major telecommunications and high technology manufacturing order management implementations. While at Siebel Systems, he was recognized for his achievement in customer satisfaction by being awarded the Customer Satisfaction Employee of the Year.
Sharad holds an M.B.A. degree from Stanford University and a B.S. in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
Robert Wing, as aMind Solution’s Chief Technology Officer, is responsible for defining and articulating aMind’s long-term technology strategy and direction. He ensures that the company’s technology platform, products, and solution accelerators are designed and evolved to meet current and future growth requirements. Robert works closely with aMind Solutions’ project and product teams to define solution architectures that support ever-changing customer requirements. He is recognized for his ability to analyze problems and develop innovative solutions from business and technical perspectives.
Before joining the company in 2006, Robert worked at Zilliant, Siebel Systems, and OnLink Technologies (acquired by Siebel Systems) in product management, development, sales engineering, and consulting positions where he led global teams specializing in successfully delivering the most complex projects and correcting struggling or troubled projects. In these roles, Robert was recognized for his achievements by being awarded the Technologist of the Year and winning the Shareholder Value Award.
Robert holds a B.S. in metallurgical and materials engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and a Nuclear Submarine Chief Engineer certification from the United States Navy.
John Nielson, as aMind Solutions’ Director of South America, is responsible for the operations of the company’s Brazilian subsidiary and the growth of aMind’s business in South America. With over fifteen years of experience implementing large-scale enterprise CRM system implementations (the last twelve years deeply focused on Siebel Order Management) and extensive sales and delivery of services management experience spanning all stages of the implementation lifecycle in complex business environments; John’s unique experience and strong leadership continue to drive development of aMind Solutions success in this critical growth region.
Prior to joining aMind Solutions in 2006, John served as Portfolio Director at Oracle Corporation where he managed large strategic account portfolios in the Telecommunications practice. Prior to Oracle, he was Client Delivery Manager at Siebel Systems. Earlier in his career, John worked for Accenture where he was recognized as one of the foremost CRM order management and complex selling architects in the company.
John holds degrees in economics (B.S.) and political science (B.A.) from the University of Utah.
Steve Sindelar is the Director of Delivery at aMind Solutions. Steve leads the delivery organization where he has overall responsibility for the successful delivery of all aMind projects. In this role, his duties include the development and implementation of the aMind delivery methodology. Additionally, Steve is responsible for managing a mentoring program and providing the necessary resources for aMind’s implementation teams. Steve brings over eighteen years of experience in the information technology industry including implementing enterprise CRM applications, product management, pre-sales, development, and CRM consulting with multiple full product lifecycle implementations of Siebel.
Prior to joining aMind Solutions in 2005, Steve was a Senior Developer/Analyst at Echostar Communications supporting their call center application. He was responsible for the development and delivery of Dish Networks product and promotions in their Siebel Call Center. Previous to that, Steve was with Siebel Systems as a Product Specialist in the Interactive Selling Suite team where he provided pre-sales support and product expertise for the Siebel Systems group of Order Management products. Steve has also held a multitude of different roles involved in complex software implementations at a variety of companies.
Steve holds a B.S. in accounting from Montana State University-Bozeman.
