Billy Hunt, CEO and President
As founder, CEO, and President of aMind Solutions, Billy Hunt leverages his track record of successfully taking early-stage companies to market. He is responsible for the overall vision of the company as well as its execution. Prior to aMind Solutions, Billy worked for Siebel Systems for five years in a number of roles including managing the Order Management Sales team in the Western U.S., APAC, and Australia areas. Billy also managed Western U.S. Sales for OnLink, which Siebel acquired in 2000. Billy graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a degree in International Business.
Sharad Mitra, Chief Operating Officer
Sharad Mitra leads aMind Solutions operations, with an emphasis on ensuring customer projects are delivered on time and to their satisfaction. He is also responsible for ensuring consultants and technologists are trained on the latest developments and follow best-practices in their implementations. Sharad worked for Siebel Systems for five years, and led the product management team as Director, Products. During his tenure at Siebel, Sharad supported many major telecom and high-tech order management implementations and won accolades from customers for his problem-solving acumen. His focus on customer satisfaction won him the Customer Satisfaction Employee of the Year award at Siebel. Sharad holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, India.
Robert Wing, Chief Technology Officer
Robert is responsible for driving the technical direction of all aMind products and customer projects. In this role he works with all project and product teams to define a solution architecture that meets current and future growth requirements while fully leveraging all COTS software available. Prior to aMind, Robert worked at Siebel Systems and Zilliant in product management, development, and sales engineering/consulting positions where he won awards such as Technologist of the Year and the Shareholder Value Award. In these roles he led global teams specializing in successfully delivering the most complex projects and correcting struggling or troubled projects. Robert holds a BS in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and a Nuclear Submarine Chief Engineer certification from the US Navy.
Shaowei Mao, Architect
As Technical Architect, Shaowei Mao is responsible for designing world-class order management implementations and building world-class tools and add-on products to complete the Siebel Order Management solution. Shaowei has a proven track record of delivering high-quality and high-performance products in several full product life cycles. Shaowei comes to aMind Solutions with ten years of experience developing C++ applications and four years of experience developing Java-based applications. He spent three years at Siebel Systems where he developed and maintained the product configuration engine, receiving the Siebel Engineering Excellence award for his contributions. Shaowei has a Masters in Computer Science and a BS in Computer Science from Peking University in Beijing and spent a further year studying for his PhD in Computer Science at Arizona State University.
George Kibilov, Architect
As Software Architect, George is responsible for designing world-class order management implementations and building world-class tools and add-on products to extend the Siebel Order Management solution in a SOA deployment. George comes to aMind with over 14 years of development experience, of which he spent 8 years as a core member of the Siebel Engineering team. While at Siebel, George worked on a variety of Siebel products and technologies including Order Management, Siebel Web Engine, and Siebel Campaigns and developed many cutting edge technologies for which he holds patents.
George specializes in the development of C++ and Java based enterprise applications with the stringent performance and scalability requirements and brings this expertise to aMind customers through design reviews and application performance optimization for Siebel deployments as well as SOA deployments using Siebel web services.
George has a masters diploma in Systems Programming and Mathematics from Vladikavkaz State University in Russia.
